One of the firsts, İdris Demir, first established the company named Buz Metal in 1950. Later, his children Mehmet Demir and Necdet Demir established a company named Serin Buz in Dolapdere, Istanbul.
He founded a company that produces ice machines. In 1984, one of the brothers
Mehmet Demir has stepped into refrigerator manufacturing from ice machines. Again, Turkey
Buzmak, one of the first industrial refrigerator manufacturers, started its service in this way.
